Alyssa Steiger, Psy.D.

Dr. Steiger received her B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University, her B.S. in Business Administration from California State University of Long Beach and her M.A. and Psy.D. from the California Institute of Integral Studies. For the past 11 years she has been working as a psychotherapist as well as a clinical director, teacher, supervisor and facilitator of group therapies.

She has expertise working with adults, adolescents, couples, families and older adults.

Laila Ansari Ph.D.

Dr. Ansari received her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and her Ph.D. from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. She completed additional graduate training in the Research Psychology MA program at San Francisco State University and in the Infant-Parent Attachment/Child Development Program at the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington D.C.

Dr. Ansari has over 12 years of experience working in hospitals, schools and clinics around the San Francisco Bay Area serving a culturally diverse population of clients. Trained in a wide range of therapeutic orientations, she employs an integrative approach in treatment, utilizing therapeutic tools and strategies from Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Mindfulness perspectives among others. Dr. Ansari works collaboratively with each client in order to develop a treatment plan that is uniquely suited to them and their goals.
